Armed robber steals $23K from Queens business

Cops are looking for a crook who they say barged into a Queens business, threatened employees at gunpoint and took off with thousands of dollars.

Surveillance video shows the thief holding a white cloth as he reached over and opened the gate of the office, near 102nd Avenue and Brisbin Street in Jamaica, around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

He then covers his face with the white cloth as he walks into the office, where he pulls his hooded sweatshirt down over his face and waves a silver firearm around as he talks to an employee.

The suspect demanded employees show him where the money is kept, cops said. The robber then took off with $23,000 as well as two employees’ cell phones.

He is described as a bald man, about 6-foot-2 and 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers.

Cops would not confirm the name or type of business targeted
