The suspect in the Austin bombings was caught in surveillance images as he dropped off packages in an Austin FedEx facility, according to a local TV station.
The man — who was believed to be wearing a blond wig under a blue cap — walked to the counter at the FedEx store on Brodie Lane holding two packages, News 4 San Antonio reports.
The suspect, wearing a green T-shirt, also appeared to be wearing construction-style gloves as he handed over the packages to an employee. The timestamps on the images indicate he was at the store about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
One of the packages exploded on a conveyor belt at a FedEx sorting facility in the Austin suburb of Schertz, according to the news outlet.
The other one was intercepted at another facility near the city airport.
