Developing story: Man is rushed to the hospital after he is shot at apartments

One man is being rushed to the hospital after he sustained gunshot wounds. Police are investigating the scene. Around 4:15 p.m., Paris police officers were called to the apartments at 125 13th Street S.E. for reports of gunshots. When officers arrived, they found one man had been shot.
