Suspects wanted after woman stabbed during robbery

Cops are hunting for two men who stabbed a woman in the back during an attempted knife-point robbery inside her Brooklyn building.

The men followed the 53-year-old woman into her building near Hegeman Avenue and Linden Boulevard in East New York around 4:30 p.m. on March 26, and demanded money.

As she reached her front door of her apartment, one of the men grabbed the woman from behind and flashed a blade. When she tried to escape his grasp, one of the crooks stabbed her once in the back and the duo ran off, cops said.

The victim was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

Cops said the attack appears to be random.

Police video released Sunday night shows the two men walking out of the apartment building after the attack.
