Two men were arrested for separate drug charges Thursday after a traffic stop and warrant arrest.
Around 4:30 p.m., Paris police officers arrested 42-year-old Phillip Aaron Pullins in the 1700 block of Hubbard Street for outstanding warrants. Paris Police Lt. John Berry said during the arrest, officers found Pullins was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. He was taken to Lamar County Jail where no bonds have been set.
Around 7 p.m., officers pulled over 36-year-old Vince Anthony Sansone in the 2600 block of N. Main Street for a traffic violation. Berry said Sansone was found to be in possession of THC oil and a Baclofen pill. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and three misdemeanor charges. He was taken to Paris Municipal Jail where he awaits transfer to Lamar County Jail.
